Delivery Day for Eastyn.

Not because it’s The Christmas Initiative.
It’s delivery day because this is the work @mytown_miracles does the other 364 days of the year.

Through Daily Miracles, we support families carrying unimaginable loss and ongoing needs.

Eastyn is seven years old. Two years ago, he, his dad, and his younger brother were hit by a drunk driver. Eastyn will never walk or talk again.

Adaptive therapy equipment isn’t covered by insurance. A customized bike like this costs $3,500 — a number that places life-changing support out of reach for most families unless someone chooses to step in.

For Eastyn’s family, that gap was filled because a donor believes his quality of life matters.

And who better than Dallas, one of our favorite 10-year-olds and the newest member of her basketball team?

Dallas crushed her courtside moment — passing the ball to @gregupnxt and @caldwellpope during warmups, meeting the team, and seeing herself on the big screen with her dad, Jonathan, by her side. A true Grizzlies Daddy-Daughter Game moment.

“Leaving our My Town Miracles food drive this morning, my heart was both full and broken. I was able to pray for a lot of people and hear their stories — and there is so much need right now.

Today we had the most cars we’ve ever seen — people just needing simple food. One sweet lady had been waiting since midnight last night just to make sure she got a spot in line because she had to have food.

It hit me hard. There’s real hunger out there — physical and spiritual. Lord, use us. Help us be obedient. Don’t let us turn a blind eye to the urgent needs around us. Let’s keep our hearts soft and our hands ready. This is the work — to love, to serve, to be His hands and feet.
